The Cotton Cordell Crazy Shad is a classic topwater lure with dual spinning blades that works great for chopping and roiling the surface. It is commonly used on schooling fish and as a search bait when worked with steady twitches and a fast cadence. That said this same lure is extremely effective for casting into eddies for stream smallmouths or close to stick-ups and other shoreline cover for shallow largemouths.
